These Terms & Conditions are drawn up in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh and apply to all registered members of 186. 186 reserves the right to modify or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
You must be 18 years of age or older to open an account on 186. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Creating an account with false or misleading information is a direct violation of these terms and may result in immediate account suspension or closure.
Each user may hold only one account. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately at [email protected]. 186 shall not be held responsible for any loss arising from sharing your account details with another person.
All games, betting markets, and other services on 186 are provided for entertainment purposes only. Users may not resell or redistribute any part of the platform for commercial purposes.
186 reserves the right to temporarily suspend services at any time for technical maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons. 186 shall not be liable to provide any compensation for such interruptions.
If incorrect odds or results are displayed during live betting or gaming due to a technical error, 186 reserves the right to void the affected bets and issue a refund.
All financial transactions on 186 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and approved bank channels.
Once a deposit is credited to your account, it can be used for betting or gaming. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
KYC (identity verification) must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. 186 reserves the right to request additional verification for suspicious transactions and may place a hold on withdrawals during this period.
186 maintains a strict anti-money laundering policy. If suspicious financial activity is detected, the account may be immediately suspended and the relevant authorities notified.
186 shall not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited with respect to losses arising from technical errors, service disruptions, or third-party causes. By participating in betting or gaming, users do so voluntarily and accept the inherent financial risks involved.
All content on the 186 platform — including logos, designs, software, text, and graphics — is the exclusive property of 186. Copying, redistributing, or using any of this content for commercial purposes without written permission is strictly prohibited.
186 may at times use third-party game providers or payment processors. These third parties have their own terms and conditions and privacy policies, for which 186 bears no responsibility.
